Cautiously Optimistic

After just SIX DAYS on the market we received an offer on our house. Not just any offer, a really-great-can't-hardly-believe-how-good-it-is offer! The potential buyer will have a home inspection done on our house this week & if it goes well we will be moving! I am trying not to get too excited. We've been here before and watched an offer disappear after an inspection. But I'm feeling really good about this one. So now we are scrabbling to find a house to buy/rent! I hope we get super lucky an its smooth sailing from here on out!
